Our delightfully puffy tacos shells are a key component of our specialty northern tacos. We experimented with different flours and combinations of flours until we found the perfect equation. Every morning, we spend hours making batches of dough. We then portion it and then roll it out super thin. We fry this delicious pastry dough to order so your northern taco is super fresh.
